I’ve always been fascinated by the how and why behind the world around me. That curiosity is what led me to pursue a degree in Computer Science and begin my career as a computer scientist. I was drawn to problem-solving, systems, and understanding how complex things work from the inside out.

That same curiosity ended up leading me somewhere unexpected.

At my first job, I met a property redeveloper - the same person who had transformed the house next to my childhood home into a beautiful, modern property. Seeing that transformation up close sparked something in me. I began asking questions, wanting to understand how the process worked, what it took to turn a neglected or outdated home into something people were proud to live in.

As I learned more, I started looking at my town differently.

I noticed homes with potential, neighborhoods that could benefit from thoughtful redevelopment, and opportunities not just to renovate buildings, but to improve the quality of life for the people living there. What began as curiosity quickly became a mission.

Today, my goal is simple: to redevelop and create homes that are not only structurally sound, but beautiful, functional, and enjoyable to live in.

I bring the same mindset from Computer Science into real estate - attention to detail, transparency, and a methodical, honest approach. I believe every project deserves clear communication, fair dealing, and respect for both the property and the people involved.
